The Rawhide Company, REALTORS® is a full service residential property management firm (condos, townhomes and single family homes). We specialize in the rural parts of El Paso County, including Monument, Falcon, and Black Forest but also service properties on the North side of Colorado Springs.

We are serious about providing service for our clients and protecting their investments, and we manage property with respect to the rights of our tenants. Our business is built on strong relationships with tenants and owners alike because without tenants a property management firm cannot succeed for its’ owners. Rawhide has been in business since the 1973, and it is important to us to maintain the reputation for competence, honesty and integrity that we have built.

DIRECTOR, REALTOR®

The director of property management at The Rawhide Company, Realtors® is Porsche Harvey. Ms. Harvey is a reliable professional who is a member of the Pikes Peak Association of Realtors® and National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM). Porsche has achieved the designation of RMP® (Residential Management Professional). With experience at Rawhide since the beginning of 2007 she is intelligent, committed and pleasant to work with. She truly enjoys working with both tenants and owners. Porsche has been successful in blending the rental and sales market together when helping her property owners decide the best financial choice for their investment. Whether it be renting, buying or selling her unique knowledge of how investment properties operate will help you achieve any goal you put in front of her.
